Can I return/exchange?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange for a new item. To be eligible for a return, your LYNKS must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at lynks.home@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customized LYNKS and gift cards cannot be returned.

 

What is my LYNKS made of and how do I care for it?

Your LYNKS is made of 100% chenille style polyester. Machine wash delicate + tumble dry low. Do not iron or dry clean. LYNKS may stretch minimally over time due to the nature of the yarn and colors may vary slightly from photos.

 

Do you have gift cards?

Do you gift wrap?

Yes! Each LYNKS arrives in our signature canvas wrap, classic cellophane gift bag and accessorized with ribbon at no extra charge. Consider it gift ready packaging.

 

Where do you ship to?

Please allow 2-3 weeks for handmade production + shipping.  LYNKS offers domestic shipping within the contiguous United States.
